Who we are

Kultiq Group Inc. (Kultiq, we, us) operates the website at kultiqwholesale.com. We are a wholesale brand agency based in Canada. Questions about this policy can be directed to admin@kultiq.co.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Retailer inquiry form. When you submit the “Work With Us” form we collect your name, business name, email, phone, business type, country, province or state, brands of interest, and your CASL consent timestamp. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to send you the requested brand lookbooks.
• Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. These services may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. No advertising profiles are built from this data.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential. The bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) sets a functional cookie required for the inquiry form to operate. No consent is required.
• Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and declining on the next visit.

How we use your information

• To respond to retailer inquiries and send requested brand materials.
• To add you to our CRM (HubSpot) to manage the business relationship.
• To send you brand lookbooks you specifically requested (this is permitted under CASL as requested commercial electronic message content).
• To understand site usage through aggregated, anonymised analytics (only with your consent).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

Data retention

Inquiry form data is stored in our CRM for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you. You may request deletion at any time by emailing admin@kultiq.co.
